The App – Although the app is branded for Caddx, its obvious that this is some re branded app for home wifi security camera or internet of things devices.

The only way to manage the few settings that are configurable, you need to connect the device to the internet. The direct connect mode doesnt work until you have added the device in the app by giving it access to your 2.4ghz router.

There is no real way to turn off the wifi. nothing in the application allows you to turn off the wifi module.

The rubber cover to the charging port and the SD slot is poorly designed. Its extremely difficult to get the rubber door open once its flush against the back of the camera.

The micro usb charging port is so close up against the inside the micro SD and micro USB charging port that it requires a very slender micro usb connector.

It feels like a hawkeye, it looks like a hawkeye, it has lighting that looks like a hawkeye firefly. It resembles a lot of visual cues and quality cues of the sorta recently released Hawkeye Firefly Micro V2 camera.

In order for it to charge, it needs to turn itself on. This doesnt sound right. Why do this. During charges the device to becomes uncomfortably warm.

The battery is internal. Although it may be easy to solder a replacement, this battery is not interchangeable.
